- Clarifies that cross-border battery sellers are producers regardless of selling method.
- Requires LMT battery packs and modules to be replaceable by independent professionals at module level.
- Limits battery labelling to listed substances of very high concern at or above 0.1% by weight.
- Exempts livestock and aquaculture operators from some resource-use reporting, with further Member State exemptions possible.
