Kern van het voorstel
- Vervangt Telecommunicatiewet-hoofdstuk 5a door uitvoering van de gigabitinfrastructuurverordening.
- Regelt ACM-geschilbeslechting en handhaving voor toegang, coördinatie en informatieverplichtingen.
- Behoudt de telecom-gedoogplicht en afzonderlijke medegebruiksregels voor omroepzendernetwerken.
- Schrapt WIBON-regels over breedbandinformatie; graafschadepreventie blijft centraal.

- Inwerkingtreding
- De wet treedt in werking op een bij koninklijk besluit te bepalen tijdstip, eventueel verschillend per artikel of onderdeel.
- Overgangsrecht
- Het Besluit medegebruik omroepzendernetwerken en publieke infrastructuur berust na inwerkingtreding op nieuwe Telecommunicatiewet-grondslagen.
